Refund policy
Please read our Return and Refund policy. Please keep in mind our main mission is to create happy customers.
Returns
If 30 days have gone by since delivering your order, unfortunately we cannot allow any returns. We have no obligation to consider requests that are placed outside of these timeframes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that we may not cover return shipping costs for all orders.
Refunds
Place your request for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive more than 60 days since shipment notification, contact us for your refund request. We have no obligation to consider requests that are placed outside of these timeframes. We will not consider refund requests unless the latest estimated arrival date has passed.

It never arrived - If you don’t receive an item you ordered after 90 days since shipment, you are eligible for a refund within the timeframe stated above. We will return or credit the amount of the purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Wrong Order Received - If you receive an item that is not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a return and exchange. We may request some evidence of the issue - a photo or two to be sent to us with original packaging with the product. Please return the product in the original box and send us an email at support@prettyforgirls.com.
Damaged Product Received - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a picture of the defective product with original packaging. Email us at support@prettyforgirls.com and we will send you a replacement.
