Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to be processed, and an additional 3-5 days to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For United States, it will normally take about 3-6 weeks for your order to be delivered. For all other countries, it may take longer for your order to be delivered. Please read our FAQ for details about shipping times.

Customs Fees

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

We can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and we cannot calculate or collect these fees or taxes.

Our store is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed online with our store.

COVID19 UPDATE:

Due to covid19, our fulfillment center has taken additional safety measures to ensure everyone's safety and therefore have imposed additional processing steps. Due to this, our shipments may encounter delays. Some orders may take longer than expected to be delivered. Please be patient and check the shipping status using the tracking number provided. Contact us only if you see no updates in more than 3 or more weeks.
